Transactions
a. Buying/Selling: When facilitating a real estate purchase or sale, we act as an intermediary. The transaction contract is between the buyer and seller directly. We are not a party to the transaction and do not provide any warranties or guarantees.
b. Renting: For rental transactions, we may collect security deposits and rent payments on behalf of property owners. However, the lease agreement is directly between the tenant and landlord.
c. Fees: We may charge fees for our services, which will be disclosed upfront. All payments must be made through our approved payment channels.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities on our platform, including:
Listing properties without authorization or legal right to do so
Engaging in any form of money laundering or terrorist financing
Providing false or misleading information in listings or user profiles
Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
Circumventing our systems or fees

Our platform and all its content are the property of our company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our copyrighted material without permission.
Liability and Indemnification
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or legality of any third-party listings or transactions. Users agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for any reason, including violation of this agreement. Users may also request account deletion at any time.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with UK regulations.
Changes to Agreement
We may update this user agreement from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version and continuing to abide by its terms.
